Jason Brennan is a qualified Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, he holds a BA in Psychoanalysis from LSB college Dublin and a Certificate in Philosophy from the Milltown Institute of Theology and Philosophy. He is a Certified Transactional Analyst with the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITTA) and a registered member of the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA). He has recently authored his first book – “Win: Proven Strategies for Success in Sports, Life and Mental Health” – with mental health advocate and well known broadcaster Brent Pope.
Jason’s training and experience as a Psychotherapist, as well as running his own Employee Assistance Programme company, has allowed him to work with and help many individuals suffering from complex issues and mental health disorders. He has developed numerous workshops and training modules on mental health and wellness, which he has delivered to a number of government departments, ministries, emergency services, large corporations and NGOs. His work in the area of stress and resilience resulted in him also working with a number of elite international rugby, soccer and cricket teams and individual high profile athletes.
